Diego holds a technical degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development. He has worked at companies such as MSC, IBM, GPTW, and Itaú. Throughout his career, he has operated in both business administration and software development.

After several unsuccessful attempts to sell online, Diego realized that the issue was not the offer itself, but the way value was being delivered. What was missing was a channel that provided value before the sale. From this gap, he began developing tools that genuinely and repeatedly helped users—without relying on ads or empty promises. That pain gave rise to a method.

In 2023, he began testing functional tools based on real problems. Over time, he consolidated the theoretical structure of ToolMarketing, defining its foundations, pillars, principles, cycle, and best practices. In 2025, he began actively sharing and teaching the methodology.
